Exactly as pictures portray. Our 3rd year at maravilla & this is the nicest of the condos we’ve stayed at. Only *slighty* negatives were master toilet is weirdly close to the shower & paper dispenser lol & some of the electric outlets were loose which caused things we plugged in to not stay secure. Everything else was wonderful

The condo wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The tv In living room was not working and when they repaired it the box is hanging from the back of the tv.

Our time at #1107 Maravilla was wonderful. It was a short walk to the private beach with beach service which was a highlight for us! The unit had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. It was also so helpful to have the 24/7 customer service as some issues came up. They were quick to respond and solve our problems. The only downside was that the elevator and stairwell is right outside of the unit so there is a lot of footwork outside and little natural light for the front bedrooms. Also there is an ash tray for smoking outside the unit that was used by other renters of Maravilla pretty regularly while we were there. When my husband moved it the smokers moved it back. Otherwise the actual unit and Southern Vacation Rentals was great! Would recommend!

Overall we had a great time. Getting into the condo was tough because the lock was messed up but the response was great. We also had a hole in our coffee pot and that was replaced immediately. Overall it's a great location. Family friendly. Great private access to the beach. We would definitely recommend
