Where you'll be
Description
Mountain Seduction’s three decks look out over the trees toward the Great Smoky Mountains. You can enjoy the views from deck rockers, a swing or a large picnic table. Weather permitting, you might want to eat all your meals on the deck. The singing of wrens and warblers is the perfect background music and the crisp mountain air makes even peanut-butter sandwiches more special. The most luxurious way to savor the view, however, is probably while soaking in the deck’s hot tub. It’s especially romantic in the silvery sheen of the moonlight.
You can relish the views indoors too, thanks to the large windows of the main floor’s great room. In summer, the fan that hangs from the cathedral ceiling will add a gentle breeze. In winter, the warm glow of the stone-surround fireplace adds to the warm ambiance of the wood-planked walls and floor, the comfortable leather couches and the rustic yet refined decor. This is a wonderful space for watching a cable movie on the HDTV, surfing the web via free Wi-Fi or playing charades with family and friends.
Also on the main floor is the kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops and plenty of cookware and tableware. When you’re not eating out on the deck, you can settle in at the dining table, which easily seats six.
If you’re wondering where everyone disappeared to, check the downstairs game room. Not only does it provide plenty of space for the whole gang to gather, but it offers plenty for everyone to do as well. You can shoot pool at the full-size billiard table, play foosball, kick back on the plush sofa to watch TV or have a go at the PlayStation 2.
Mountain Seduction comfortably sleeps 12 despite having just one official bedroom. Don’t be fooled by the layout—there’s plenty of space and more! The primary bedroom on the main floor features a luxurious king bed. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find another king bed, and just around the corner in the loft is a twin-over-twin trundle bed. The loft feels like a second bedroom, even though it’s open to the rest of the cabin. Head down to the first floor, where the game room doubles as a sleeping area with a double-over-double bunk bed and a sofa sleeper, offering ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
Each floor has its own full bathroom, and the loft bathroom has a bonus: a jetted tub. After a day of hiking, horseback riding or chasing the kids throughout Dollywood, a long, lazy soak is just what your weary muscles will need. Mountain Seduction’s other amenities include a washer and dryer, so you can pack lighter than usual.
Be sure to bring your swimsuit if you’re visiting in the summer. Mountain Seduction is located in the Black Bear Ridge Resort, which has a seasonal outdoor pool and a large poolside patio for lounging in the sun afterward.
Another advantage of Black Bear Ridge Resort is its convenient location. In less than 10 minutes you can drive from Mountain Seduction to two alpine coaster rides. Ten minutes will take you to Pigeon Forge Parkway, home to the Titanic Museum, WonderWorks educational amusement park, dinner theaters, go-kart tracks and more. The wildlife, wildflowers and waterfalls of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are less than 20 minutes away, and Dollywood is just a bit farther.
When you stay at Mountain Seduction, you can do it all—and that includes kicking back on the deck with a frosty drink doing nothing at all. Book your stay today and get ready to make fun-filled memories that will last a lifetime.

Our stay here was overall great - the cabin had a ton of room for multiple families or large families. The good - location, check in, room in cabin The bad - cabin was not clean, there were peanuts everywhere (on nightstand, in loft, in floor, etc. cobwebs throughout the upper level, bathtub was dirty, missing button cover in tub Overall, none of these issues were game stoppers for us, we just did some cleaning however with the cleaning fees included in the stay I expected to not have to do that. I did reach out to the management company and they stated it would be deep cleaned after we left.

Property has a great view and plenty of sleeping capacity. The resort is convenient to Pigeon Forge, 25 mins to grocery. Unit was pretty clean but kitchen was sticky on every surface, we had to clean table, countertops and drawers. First day one of the ac units was not working. Called maintenance, local maint person could not resolve said he had to get hvac service. Called maintenance later and they told me to give it more time but would not give an eta for repair. By 9 pm called third time and at 10 finally received a text that ac reoair would be next day between 9 and 5. it was repaired day by about 10 am., but the lack of communication was frustrating. Then on night 2 the smoke alarms on 3 floors start going off at 11 pm, scared us!! Something was triggering the alarm on floor one but there was no fire, so we disconnected that one from but left the battery in, seemed to resolve issue. Then the next night the disconnected smoke alarm goes off repeatedly at 130 am. Again no smoke. This time we took out the battery so we could get a few hours sleep. Reported to maint team upon checkout. The roads are very steep thus the recommendation for four wheel drive. Definitely needed if wet or icy roads.

The house was gorgeous and our group had a blast staying there! I would highly recommend this location! If you do book, be aware that the climb to get to the cabin is fairly steep, but the view and the cabin are well worth it!
