Welcome to Sun Caper 505, a resort-style two-bedroom, two-bath condo in a very tropical gulf-front setting lending to an island atmosphere without even leaving the resort. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and close to a wide variety of amenities that include a public marina, movie theatre and restaurants. Minimum stay is one month. The island's Publix supermarket is located mid-island, also within a short driving distance. The resort has a unique beach/lagoon setting on the gulf side, with a wildlife area and gulf beach access. Just down the boulevard is a CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza, with many shops and restaurants. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. Amenities at Sun Caper include a community center, fitness area, resort style heated swimming pool, outdoor grill area and ample parking. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator with a glass wall takes you to #505. Bellman trolleys and carts are available to make your arrival a little easier. Enter into the foyer and open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood tile flooring throughout, with carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of granite counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the door, glasstop range and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a pass through to the dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area behind folding doors with washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. This flows into the living area that has a sofa and matching love seat with with end tables, lamps and a coffee table on an area rug. There is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors open to the screened-in and furnished balcony with its view of the gulf and beach towards Sanibel Island to the north from a fifth floor vantage point. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with single unit headboard, night stands and lamps and a double dresser with large wall-mounted flat screen TV above. There is a window with views that include the tropically landscaped rear lawn areas, tropical ponds and gulf, the swimming pool and Tiki hut cabana. There are sliding glass doors from here out to the balcony. Just before entering the en suite bathroom there is a hallway closet. The bathroom has a large granite-top vanity with lavatory, a linen closet, commode and walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand with lamp, ample closet space and double dresser with TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower, commode and large granite-top vanity with lavatory.
