The property has so much to offer. There are little things that needed attention and the property management team addressed most and had timelines for the others. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of room to spread out for a large group. The teens loved the bunk space. The location has lots of car traffic, property is on a heavily traveled road although quiet in the evenings. The property is close to a grocery store which was nice! The kitchen is oversized. The property could be a little cleaner, not gross. TVs are small in the bedrooms if that matters. If the pool is a big deal, the pool pump needed servicing when we were here and the bids were out. The pump was very loud.

First of all, the home is beautiful. The decor is lovely, the property is spacious, and the location to the beach is perfect. But I feel like I should be honest in this review, as we had numerous issues. One major issue is there is no internet. Adults staying at this property were relying on internet access to work remotely, and it wasn't possible. When we inquired about it, maintenance told us that the internet had been installed incorrectly and there wasn't anything that could be done about it. Not only could we not work, but 10 children were staying in the house and it stormed half the time we were there. No wifi for tv or devices. I realize no one goes to the beach to stay inside and watch tv, but for the hefty price we paid, the company should have been up front about the internet. The next major problem was nearly every outside light around the house was broken and needed complete replacement. Like 8 out of 10 exterior lights didn't work. Even the pool lights were broke. That meant we couldn't hang outside on the two decks or by the pool. Additionally, numerous outlets didn't work, the roof leaked in the laundry room, and lastly, there were several roaches. Management did everything they could, and stated they would have the house treated. All this being said, if these issues were to be fixed, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. However, this honest review, these issues may never get fixed.

Beautiful, clean & great location. Spend a great time along with my family. The only part that sucks is that there is no wifi provided & I wasn’t getting any signal. Other than that it was great.
