I was pleased to arrive and the condo was clean to help make our beach vacation enjoyable. Some of the previous reviews mentioned sand and uncomfortable beds! That was not the case for us! It was nice touch with the beach chairs and toys being handy and super cute decor through out the home! There were some plumbing issues with the sink as mentioned in previous reviews and the one shower head was installed so it sprayed onto the floor! I would suggest putting a little more care into a new dishwasher and more items that were usable in the kitchen. Little inexpensive details go a long way to making the rental top knotch -Like clean dishes, having more than a tiny bottle of dish soap and only two rolls of tp Unfortunately during our stay, there was one night the neighbors below were drunk and yelling from 2-4 am we had no one to contact besides the police if it got violent, this isn't the fault of the owners, and I certainly wouldn't call in the middle of the night but if it happens on a regular basis someone needs to deal with the situation This VRBO has the potential to be excellent but with the few above mentioned items I can only give it a good review. I certainly would consider coming back if those issues were addressed.

Very clean and well kept interior. While this is very close to the beach, be advised that you must cross A1A to get to the public beach entrance where there is no actual crosswalk (which can be concerning if you have children or guests with mobility issues). We did have issues with the deadbolt not working, but maintenance was extremely responsive and courteous the day of. The main door handle/lock also had issues afterwards but we put in for a ticket to be done after our departure. They are a Very responsive and helpful host company. I have no doubt those findings will be addressed for the next guests. Furniture, linens, bathrooms all well kept and in good working condition. Excellent working A/C!! We definitely did not have any issues keeping cool and comfortable. Nice location in a private beach area.

While the beach is close... the road to cross it is extremely busy with fast moving cars and no pedestian crosswalk. So if you have multiple small children or guests with mobility issues, I would offer the renter an advisory about this just as a courtesy.
