Riviera Club 803 is a two-bedroom, two-bath gulf-front condo located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a variety of amenities, including a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Please note there is a two-week minimum stay. Amenities at Riviera Club include a heated saltwater pool with rock waterfall and jacuzzi next to a gulf-front cabana with lounge chairs around the pool area, as well as gulfside behind the cabana. The cabana has restrooms and a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave oven that can be reserved. Gas BBQ grills are available in the cabana area as well. Ample open unassigned parking is provided. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby, complete with water falls, tropical foliage and sitting areas, where an elevator whisks you to 803 and into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of granite counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are stainless-steel and include a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a pass through bar to the dining area. At the front of the kitchen is a breakfast nook perfect for a private meal for two. The laundry area has a stacked full-size washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. This flows into the living area that has a sleeper-sofa with end tables and lamps, a matching loveseat and coffee table, opposite which is a credenza with large flat screen TV. The balcony is accessed via large sliding glass doors from the living room. The gulf facing balcony overlooking the beach has a table with four chairs and amazing views from an eighth floor vantage point. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom is nicely furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a double dresser and shelving unit with TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony with its gulf views. The large window provides an awesome view of the gulf and beach below. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower, commode, closet and separate dressing area with granite-top vanity with lavatory, wall mirror and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a dresser with mirror and a corner stand with flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with lavatory and wall mirror, commode and tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.
