Great house with views of the Savannah River. Short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. You have to cut through the master bedroom to get the 4th bedroom (queen with 2 twins). Bring your own beach towels and any other beach things like chairs or a wagon. We enjoyed Pier 16 the best for dinner. Notable mention on the steak quesadillas at The Deck. Other than salt & pepper, no other cooking spices are provided. Appreciated the ice dispenser on the fridge. Bring your own laundry soap. Dishwasher detergent is provided. Bar soap is also provided. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out.

Cancellations
  • Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
  • Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
  • Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
