If you need more seats than the four at the dining table, two additional guests can be set up at the breakfast bar.

Right beside your refrigerator are your stacked, front-loading washer and dryer. Pack light because you can always wash a load and keep everyone in clean clothes.

Your days at Summit 828 will be filled with fun. Your resort has two outdoor heated pools, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, and a poolside restaurant and Tiki bar. Just a few steps beyond the pools you’ll reach the ocean. The owner has generously arranged for two padded chairs and umbrella to be set up for you daily at the beach. When it’s time to call it a day, your primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat from everything. Your primary includes a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. There’s a wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, large chest of drawers, and ceiling fan to stir the air and help you fall asleep.

In the hallway off the living room, you’ll find two built-in bunk beds with drawers below. Two additional guests can bed down on the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Summit 828 bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and a vanity with sink and storage in a separate area. There’s also a half bath for guests’ convenience.
