We enjoyed out stay, staff was very responsive and helpful until the last day they seemed to get caught up in a lie. I requested a late check out 2 weeks ago and was told no. I received a message from Southern Vacation stating that nobody had booked the following nights and offered us 40% off. We declined. I inquired again for a 10 AM late check out and was told no that we needed to request it a week in advance - which I had. I reiterated that I had requested a week in advance and was told no again. I don't mind the answer being "no" but I do mind being lied to. Secondly, a leak detector alarm went off all night. It kept us awake and customer service just told us to wait until the morning. We didn't want to put it outside to wake neighbors. Someone came the next day to check on it. Nobody ever apologized - it was obviously nobody's fault but it was inconvenient and this is a family property and we have two infants. Even just a "hey my bad, sorry this kept you up". We weren't asking for anything. That was disappointing.

Everything about this home was homey to me and my family even though it had a lot of stairs my 74 year old mom managed to make it up and without stopping. The air on the top floor didn't work properly but the night breeze made up for it. My grandkids love the pool my grandson loved the rooftop sitting area and my mom and sister loved the swing

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip of 14. We were all very comfortable and was very spacious with lots of seating. The private pool was perfect after a long hot day at the beach. We will definitely booking this property for our trip next summer.

-The name is perfect: She Sells Seashells -Beautiful beach home w/spectacular views of sound, peekaboo views of ocean, and upper deck gives views of ocean, sound, and oh the most beautiful sunsets. -Great outdoor seating on decks, great size pool. -Loved the amount of storage in the kitchen and the amt of seating for meals. -Awesome to have safety alarms on the doors downstairs for children-thank you.

This was a beautiful home with a quick two block walk to the beach. The kitchen and living area are on the third floor with lovely views of the bay. We enjoyed our time at beach and pool! The only downfall was the dishwasher was not working when we got there and did not get repaired during our stay. Besides that we had a great time at She Sells Seashells!
