Your dining table is nestled between the kitchen and a beautiful view of the tropical landscape. It’s so easy to get food on and off the table. Convenience is everything when you stay at Maui Sunset B-115. You also have the option of dining out on your lanai. What a pleasure it will be to watch the sunset while you dine in the fresh ocean air.
When it’s time for bed, your primary bedroom is a wonderful, restful retreat from the world. The comfortable queen-sized bed overlooks a beautiful view outside and the ceiling fan circulates the gentle trade breezes. Or if you want, turn on the bedroom’s air conditioner. Before you head off to dreamland, you can catch some late night TV on your flat-screen that’s perfectly positioned for viewing from the bed.
Your primary bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. There’s a vanity with mirror and sink in a separate space, which helps keep the mirror from fogging up. From the shower curtain to the conch shell and hula girl lamp in the bedroom, you’ll appreciate the primary suite’s distinctive Hawaiian décor.
Friends or kids traveling with you to Maui will enjoy their large bedroom that’s outfitted with two twin beds, an air-conditioner, and ceiling fan. As soon as lights go out, sleep will come quickly to those who’ve played hard all day on the beach or at the pool. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with lots of thirsty towels and washcloths. With two bathrooms, it’s easy for everyone to get up and get out having fun as quickly as possible.

Several pros and cons to the property. Pros - great proximity to the pool, shuffle boards, tennis courts, community grills and of course the ocean. Parking was easy, the grounds were very well maintained and it was awesome to be in the ground level. The AC units worked well. It was also nice to have a boogie board, some snorkel gear, volleyball, beach chairs, etc. Cons - the #1 complaint is the sofa - or lack there of. Sounds silly but there was no where of us to relax as a family. The sofa was dirty and like outdoor wicker furniture. The dryer does not work - figured that out the hard way after doing a load of laundry. Overall the condo was not very clean - bathrooms have stains, kitchen needed a thorough wipe down and the floors needed a good sweeping. The beds were ok, but not ideal. Overall I would recommend the condo - and with a little effort in updates it could be great. We had a wonderful time in Maui!!!

The condo grounds are beautiful and it is located in a great location. I would stay at these condos again but not in this unit. I have stayed in much nicer units for the same price point.

The property is amazing. We love Maui sunset, I've been staying for over 35 years. Now I bring my kids here and they play in the pool like I did as a kid. We always stay in the same unit but we will probably find a new unit next time.
