We are on the fence about staying here again. I have rented with Taylor-Made at least six times and this is the second time at this property. We had a flooding event during this stay because there was a hose disconnected from the clothes washer (hidden location) which resulted in a massive cleanup effort on our part. Mike, the maintenance professional, was very helpful when he arrived, but this was a huge mess that collectively took us over four hours to mitigate. In light of the exterior, it feels like the owners have given up on trying to take care of the exterior portions of the property. Beyond that, there were a few minor things such as an almost complete absence of spoons (easy fix) as well as a decent sized cutting board (another easy fix). Not so minor is the fact that all of the appliances are old, but I suspect they can last another year or so. Overall, we will definitely book through Taylor-Made again, as they are always responsive and the booking process is easy, but we will keep our eye out for a different property for our next visit.

The electricity did not work initially, but Taylor Made was able to resolve the issue within an hour. There was not enough soap in the bathrooms for our weekend and the communal dumpster by the tennis courts could not be found.

Aside from some missing essentials like soap and a missing communal dumpster, the house was gorgeous and a 3 minute walk for basketball, tennis, and pickle ball. The hot tub was very nice and easy to use. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice for our weekend getaway. When we arrived to the house the WiFi was not working and the cable was out. The next morning we called and it was fixed within a couple hours. Would stay again.
