Description
Sunrise on the Beach is a three-story home with extra-large balconies for viewing and enjoying the Gulf breezes. Walk up the center staircase of the home into the very large, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. The home has been appointed with luxury furniture and a full complement of kitchen necessities.
The main level of the home features two bedrooms and expansive living areas. The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms (including the primary) and the third level of the home is the cupola/office. Sleeping accommodations include a bunk room with custom built-in bunks for 6 on the first level (2 twin over queen bunks). The second bedroom on the first floor also features a queen bed and a full bath with a step-in shower. On the second level of the home is a grandmaster bedroom suite including a large king bed and en-suite bath with separate tub and shower, connecting to the exterior walk-out balcony with a full Gulf view. The primary suite is very large and guests will have more than enough room to use a pack and play in this room if needed. Also located on the second floor are two other bedrooms, separated by a shared full bath including a combination tub/shower. The first connecting bedroom has a full-size bed, the other connecting bedroom is a queen-size bed, and this queen bedroom is attached to the exterior deck of the home. Up another flight of stairs to the cupola/office where guests may use the queen sleeper sofa as additional sleeping.

THE PRESERVE AT GRAND BEACH
The Preserve at the Grand Beach, located on East Beach, is one of the newest subdivisions and was developed by Mickey Giles and Frank Schaefer to bring the first gated beachfront community to Galveston Island. The Preserve is just minutes away from Galveston’s Historic Downtown, Strand and Postoffice Districts, Seawall Boulevard, and the free Galveston-Boliver ferry.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards, or dunes. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Beautiful home, but not maintained very well. Previous renters left home super dirty so cleaning service weren't finished at our 4 o'clock checkin time. Couches were dirty, hooks missing in bathroom, grill didn't work. Two of the bedrooms didn't have TVs. Trash service never picked up. Higher expectations for a luxury home.

Communication with Ryson was efficient and responsive. Home was clean and in good working order. I\'m pleased we rented on East End because of fast access to restaurants and attractions. We rented from Gulf Coast Concierge which was easy. You might consider bringing/renting a beach wagon if you want to haul canopies, chairs, etc. to the beach.

We really enjoyed Sunrise on the Beach! The view and location are excellent (we enjoy the East side of Galveston). The beach was pretty quiet in this area, and in the mornings we felt like we had it all to ourselves. The house was immaculately clean with very clean linens. There were extra beach towels and bathroom towels, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was outfitted and stocked with the essentials, so we didn\'t need to bring anything. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching ocean views. Very relaxing. One negative: Make sure to bring your mosquito repellent to cross over the dunes.
