Estero Island Beach Villas 304 is a completely redecorated two-bedroom / two bathroom, air-conditioned beachfront condo that sleeps up to six when the sofa sleeper is put to use. Walk in the front door to a living area built on an open-concept design. Cool ceramic tile floors stretch through the main living space. The décor is festive and well suited for the condo’s beach location. There’s a large flat-screen TV with cable and a Blue/Ray DVD player. The condo includes free Internet service, so you can easily send photos back home or make dinner reservations online. One full wall of the main living room is taken up with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai with a million-dollar view of the Gulf and its white sand beaches. You’ll want to spend hours out here enjoying the soothing salt air breezes and the incredible view.
The dining area at Estero Island Beach Villas 304 is outfitted with a handsome dining room set that seats six. You’ll find this table’s location close to the open kitchen to be very convenient for serving. However, you’ll probably want to dine out frequently during your stay because you are so close to some of Fort Myers Beach’s best restaurants.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make snacks or full course meals for your guests. There’s an island that’s so convenient for food prep and you’ll find brand new dishes, cookware, appliances and utensil you could possibly need. The generous number of cabinets means you can make one trip to the nearby grocery and store your purchases away in the kitchen until needed.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and large dresser to hold all your clothes. There’s a sliding glass door that leads directly onto the lanai. Sitting on the lanai any time of the day was wonderful! You are close enough to the water to hear the waves, great "beach therapy\""! We had more than enough towels and start-up supplies. We did not use the internet. The living room TV
