Edgewater is a gated community offering 24/7 security guards, 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), a kids splash pad, 4 hot tubs, an Executive Par 3 golf course, a fitness center, spa, court facilities including tennis and pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball.
