Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles, and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.
HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival via debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted).
Some Casa del Mar units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Ryson was wonderful to work with. We were so grateful for the complimentary tickets due to an issue with the keys not being there when we arrived. Thank you again and the kids had a wonderful time, as well as us. The only complaint we really have is the bed wasn\'t comfortable at all as the mattress sunk to the middle. (really needs to be replaced) The couch was the same way. When you sit on it, it sunk in and wasn\'t comfortable. Tried sleeping on it due to the bed being so uncomfortable and made my back hurt horribly, but to no avail because the sofa sunk in and made my back hurt also. Otherwise everything was great. The balcony was wonderful and the view was nice as well as I had my cup of coffee and watched the sun come up.. ⤠Thank you again.... Will be contacting you all in the future..

Pros - The condo was in a great location in Galveston. The pools were appreciated in the heat. Appreciated the discounted tickets. Only wish the activities would have been more diverse. Appreciated the security and their visibility. Cons - The mattress is horrible! It sags terribly to the middle and isn\'t comfortable. The couch is a joke! After a long day out on the beach or the town, we could not come back to relax with a movie or TV. The cushions are so flat you almost slide off the couch. We ended up sitting on the pillows to find some comfort. If you are looking for extra sleeping space, don\'t even attempt to use the pull out sofa! There is no support with the mattress. If you lay down you\'re literally laying on the metal supports. The patio door lock was broken, however we were up high enough that it wasn\'t to big of a concern. Very inconvenient to have to drive several blocks away to check out. It would be much easier to simply return the keys to the lock box.

My 3rd stay with ryson and each time each time has been a great time with the family and the great service you all provide. Always polite when I need help with booking and if something was wrong with the room. I always bring up ryson when talking about my vacation lets start a referral bonus.... thanks
