Description
The home features two living areas - one on the main level and one on the upper level where the kids can play games, watch TV and make lifetime memories. The main level of the home features a large open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The main level living area features a 65'' TV and twin foldout bed. The kitchen has a very large peninsula that will seat 6 and a large dining table that seats 8 guests. This kitchen is completely outfitted for dining for the entire family - everything is included dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, serving dishes - anything and everything the home chef needs to prepare meals for the entire crew. The main living area also features a half bath for the convenience of the guests.
The upper-level second living area also features a 65'' TV, but only the downstairs living area TV has a cable box with cable television. All of the other TVs in this home are Smart TVs, where guests' may access their own streaming services by logging into guests' own accounts.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level of the home and features a king-size bed, Television, ceiling fan and an en suite bath with a step-in shower and dual vanity. There are three bedrooms on the upper level of Harpoon Haven. The 2nd bedroom in the home (upper level) features a queen bed (room sleeps 2), TV and en suite bath with tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom features 2 full-size beds + 1 twin day bed, TV (rooms sleeps 5), and full bath with step-in shower and dual vanity. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks (rooms sleeps 4) no TV in bunk room. The bunk room and upper living area share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. The main-level living area also features a twin fold-out bed.
The washer and dryer are located on the upper level near the 2nd living area. This laundry area also features an extra refrigerator so the extra cool drinks can be stored in this refrigerator. This family-friendly home includes a crib, infant bath, pack n play, potty seat, high chair, booster chair, playpen, sounds machines, baby monitors, 2 safety rails for beds, and a bunch of kids toys for inside and outside.
Relax on the patio located under the house when you want to step into a shady area. Your family will be talking about the vacation you took at Harpoon Haven for the foreseeable future!
This home has a private golf cart for rent which must be reserved for the entire length of the reservation. Please ask our vacation planner to book this golf cart for your stay. You will find it convenient to take your beach equipment to the beach (driving on the beach is not allowed).
PIRATES' BEACH
Pirates' Beach, located on the beachside of the island, East of Jamaica Beach and Galveston Island State Park, is one of the island's most popular neighborhoods, as families have been vacationing in Pirates Beach for generations! Pirates' beaches are some of the best kept on the island, and many guests appreciate that vehicles are not able to drive on the beaches here (guests are able to park at one of the many neighborhood cul-de-sacs to easily carry beach gear to the beach). Pirates’ Beach has its own small grocery mart, liquor store and even fresh seafood markets and bait shops. If you want to stock up on some essentials, Hummel’s General store is a one-stop shop for groceries, ice, fresh deli sandwiches and pizza, pretty much all the goodies you may need for a vacation weekend.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Pirates' Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.
Golf cart rental is strictly and exclusively for Harpoon Haven. Must be a licensed driver to drive the golf cart. Instructions and directions for the golf cart will be shared upon reservation of the golf cart and payment.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

House was nice, but a few items to note: master bath shower - hot and cold lines plumbed backwards…my parents stayed on this room and took cold showers for 2 days Before they mentioned the issue to me and I figured it out. All 3 exterior garbage cans were full upon our arrival. It attracted flies and left no room for us to add garbage. Locks were very difficult to operate. On the flip side, the house was beautiful, beds comfortable, amenities were great! Loved using the wagons to get to the beach.

It was the perfect 4 day getaway for me and my family. (13 to be exact) All 4 of our vehicles fit in the drive way. The lock box code was given to me 15 min. before check in. Lock box had two sets of keys. One for me and one for another reponsible adult. This beach house is blue . It matches the sky! It has a grill, picnic wood yable and benches, two adult swings and a baby swing. Up the stairs you have an amazing view of the neighborhood. The porch does wrap around the back of home and the side of the home. Seating areas everywhere so when you want to soak up the sun from your beach house. Inside the home looks just like the pictures. The home stays very cool just the way we like it. The pantry, fridge, and kitchen are extremely spacious. We had 6 kids with us and they loved being there because of the games and toys in the home. They also enjoyed the close proximity of the beach from the beach house. I can\'t say enough! We will definitely come back!
