Appliances are outdated and the bed was very flimsy feeling. Couldn't tell from photos but the bunks are in the bathroom area. Future guests need to be made aware that there IS a washer and dryer in the unit, since it’s not clear on the description. I would recommend guests be careful rounding the king size bed. The mattress doesn’t go out as far as the frame and my husband and I hit our shins pretty bad on it a few times since it’s not easily noticeable right away. I think the property management needs to reconsider a 9 AM checkout time. Majority of the units in Sandpiper have AT LEAST a 10 AM checkout. Additionally, they need to ensure their cleaning staff is aware of the correct checkout time. We had a cleaning lady come into our condo, without knocking and by using a code themselves, while we were getting changed at 8 AM on checkout day saying she was there to clean but we asked her to leave since we still had an hour. We felt like we were being rushed out of there when we contractually had an hour before we were meant to leave. 06/09/2024
