Description
This canal home, located on Brewster Key in the much sought-after Sea Isle Subdivision and only 3 houses from the bayfront with canal and bay views. Anchor Down's tiki bar at the ground level offers a 1/2 bath - super convenient for guests. Guests will feel right at home on the ground level with a tiki bar, extra frig and TV for watching while guests grill today's catch, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, also a 1/2 bath at ground level for the convenience of the guest. Guests will delight in the wide canal, only 3 houses from the open bayfront. When guests are looking to the North, they will have a view of the Galveston Bay - what treat for those who want to live on the water.
Enter the main living space with its open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. The large open concept kitchen features a long peninsula for a large workspace to prepare meals or have a quick breakfast. The dining table seats up to 6 guests and the large kitchen features all modern appliances - including oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows: The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and en suite bath with a jetted tub for a long relaxing soak after a day at the beach. The second and third bedrooms feature queen size beds and share a bath with a step-in shower (no tub). The fourth bedroom is located on the ground level of the home and is NOT connected by an interior staircase. This teenage bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed - ideal for the kids to share.
This home also features a large walk-out deck on the canal side of the home with views to the North and East (including a bay view) as well as a walk-out deck on the street side of the home where guests may watch as the sun sets over Galveston Bay.
SEA ISLE
Sea Isle is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End, that is highly sought after by families who love to swim, fish and cruise the island in golf carts. Sea Isle offers a public beach, seasonal community pool, bait shop, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and a bar.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
*Sea Isle pool passes must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to reserve your pool pass in advance.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
The boat slip is available for guest use.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

My family stayed here for Christmas and it was truly a great getaway. My husband fished, my little girl swung on the swing and the rest of us really enjoyed the view! The house was great, my family are tv watchers they just wanted a tv in every room so it kind of forces family time in the living room which wasn\'t a bad thing. The house is great and when we want to stay on the canal again this will definitely be considered.

The house was very comfortable. We were unable to turn the lights on downstairs and on the boat dock. We would like to commend Ryson for your prompt actions regarding an issue with the kitchen sink. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at the Anchor Down house. We brought our boat and enjoyed being able to clean our fish right at the dock. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our fish fry and football on the TV. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great place!

I rented Anchor Down for my husband\'s birthday. We brought our boat, and he spent several hours every day fishing. The house was spotless and very comfortable for the six of us. Then kitchen was well equipped and we make good use of it.
