When you’re renting a condo for half the year or longer, you want your surroundings to be top-notch. Jacksonville Beach Waterford 10A will exceed your expectations. The open living/dining area of the 10th-floor unit is decorated in sophisticated and soothing earth tones, with a large leather sectional sofa that can accommodate a crowd. Invite friends over to watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV or to enjoy drinks on the balcony. Spanning the width of the condo, the balcony offers an unobstructed, front-row view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The plentiful, well-cushioned seating will encourage you to relax among the salt-kissed breezes and scan the surf for dolphins every chance you get.

Back inside, Waterford 10A’s dining table seats six people in both comfort and style. There’s room for four more at the adjacent breakfast bar. On the opposite side of the breakfast bar is the kitchen, which will delight even the fussiest chef. Impressively roomy, with loads of counter space, the kitchen has just about every appliance and gadget you can think of, while its glass-front cabinets are stocked with enough tableware to host a small crowd.

Waterford 10A can sleep six people in its three bedrooms. The primary suite is spectacular. As you laze on the king-size bed you can watch your favorite late-night shows on the large flat-panel TV, surf the web via the free WiFi, or gaze up at the star-studded sky through a wall of windows. In the morning you’ll be able to watch the sunrise over the ocean without leaving your bed—what a wonderful way to start the day! The suite has its own spacious bathroom too, with dual sinks, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and a luxurious vanity area.

The 2nd bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a TV of its own. The plantation-style shutters allow you to keep out the moonlight while still enabling you to enjoy the fresh breeze. In addition to yet another flat-screen TV, the third bedroom features a twin bed with a trundle so that two people can sleep here. When you’re not using the room as sleeping quarters, the bed can serve as additional seating, transforming the space into a den, an office, or a reading room.

The second bathroom, which includes a combination shower/tub, is as elegantly outfitted as the rest of Jacksonville Beach Waterford 10A. For added convenience, the condo has a half-bath as well. And speaking of convenience, the unit also includes its own washer and dryer.

The Waterford complex has its own swimming pool, with broad steps for easy access and surrounded by a generous patio furnished with chaises. Because the elevator building has only thirty-six units, the pool and the patio aren’t apt to become too crowded. From the pool, you can stroll the path that leads over the dunes to the beach.
