Furniture is worn out. If you enjoy taking a break and watching tv or a movie together you will not find a comfortable seat. Mattresses are worn. You only get one wash cloth /towel per person so be prepared to spend your whole vacation doing laundry in a tiny washer and dryer. Had to buy a potholder because they give you these flimsy silicone ones to use that don’t work, can opener is broke, only one Roku remote in the whole condo.

We absolutely loved this unit! It’s conveniently right across the elevator for quick access to get to the pool and beach and we parked beside the staircase on the 4th level that you can cut through that goes directly to the condo, which helped with loading/unloading. Right down the road from several restaurants and minutes away from Publix. The views of the the gulf are fantastic! The decor is great and felt like home. The pictures on the site doesn’t do it justice. We cant wait to book again! This is our new favorite condo!

This property was great for the family. It was clean, well taken care of, and provided easy access for everything. Our toaster went out and I contacted the property manager. Within 30 minutes a new one was at our front door. I know it sounds small and stupid, but to me it displays a property that is attentive to detail for its guest. A definite place to return to for our family. Thank you for making a great vacation perfect!
