Make sure you get all the info ahead of time. There is no information on outdoor pools and office is very seldom open. Not enough information on what to expect about area before we got there. Only 1 pool pass per room. All the information is email and I only get email at home and it is not on my phone. VERY IRRITATING!! So all the check out or any other info I needed I got after we got home. Love the views & outdoor grill & firepits. We had a storm & it knocked out our key code, very quick response to get us back in our room!!
