The cottage features two decks, both of which offer water views. You can enjoy your first cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Little Bay Club amenities include a 150-ft fishing pier with a fish cleaning station and a tropical-themed community swimming pool.

Inside, you will discover bright and comfortable coastal living. The cozy open-floor plan allows the whole family to enjoy time together. Whether you are watching a movie or cooking in the kitchen, everyone can participate. You will enjoy a restful night's sleep with soft linens and fluffy pillows. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

Sangria Sunset is just minutes away from the excitement of Rockport Beach and downtown Rockport. You will never run out of fun things to do. You can spend a day beachside, splashing in the water, or watch the boats in Rockport Harbor.
