The unit was obviously ready prior to c/in but I was allowed 30 mins early entry even after receiving a text to that effect. Then, once 4pm hit, I wasn’t able to get in ( the door code didn’t work and by the time guest service gave me access to the key, it was 4:15. I didn’t get the complimentary tickets stated in the posting but “for my inconvenience “. So, did I get anything for their error. The view was beautiful but I wouldn’t stay again as the unit was way up the mountain with narrow curvy roads, smaller than expected and old.
