Property is well placed in the Pointe West development (near beach access and Beach Club). It is very nicely decorated, in great shape and well stocked. Outside space is great for dining and relaxing. I would absolutely rent again. My ONE complaint is that info on Wi-Fi in Guest Portal was not correct, nor did the info on the bottom of the router work. I reached out at least 4 times and did not receive a response. For future rentals, I know to get this information up front. However, if there was a more acute issue (AC/appliance), this lack of response could be a problem.

How to get in touch with guest services was not clear at all. I sent an email, but I’m mentioning here that there is a pest control issue. The toilet seat in the secondary bedroom is broken. And the back doors to the patio the double doors do not stay closed, also we were given initial information on the network and password and it was wrong and then upon leaving found another email with a different network name and password. So many emails from different services made it confusing.

Let me start by saying the condo is just beautiful! For me, the selling point is always the mattress. And that’s probably the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. Everything was just great. There were a couple of minor issues that I emailed the team about but nothing major at all, we had a great time. It was a family of ladies and grandkids and we enjoyed the condo and all the amenities of point west.
