Description
As you enter the downstairs apartment you are welcomed by a fully stocked kitchenette, living area, bedroom and full bathroom. These guest living quarters have two queen-size beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Apartment guests can access the main house by the outside staircase. The second floor of the main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a comfy king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom and its own private balcony. The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed and TV. The third guest bedroom has a built-in bunk bed, with a full-size bed over a full-size bed. A full shared bathroom is nearby. All of the bedrooms have Tempur-Pedic mattresses for added comfort.
On the third floor, you’ll find the main living areas, complete with fully-stocked kitchen, sizable dining table and comfortable reclining couches .
Village Walk neighborhood rules: the property manager will provide four parking passes upon your arrival. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones.

The house was in a great location! The view of the ocean from the roof top deck was amazing! The house was decorated to match the 'beach life' and furnished adequately. The pool was nice. Silver Sands were friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions. I would rent this house again!

Make sure to take extra blankets , toilet paper ,towels ,a cutting board and games for the family ! 1 of the bedroom (with the 2 double beds ) Is located alone on the bottom floor in a separate area not attached to the house.

Really cute theme and decor, great family space, lots of room, pool and heated outdoor shower were added bonus, location was perfect, garage space was very useful to store beach items, stocked items were great to have, would highly recommend and rate higher if all the suggested repairs and updates were made.
