This condo was outdated. Needed painted. The furniture was better at Goodwill than in the condo. The chairs around the table need replaced because they were shaky and might give out. The furniture on the balcony has never been cleaned and bird poo was on everything and the tables on the balcony need a good cleaning. I rented this condo knowing it wasn’t decorated cute and had ugly plant and that it was outdated because of the price. I might rent it again if the above can be cleaned and the price stayed the same. I do love Majestic and will rent a condo there again maybe not this one. Southern vacation rentals were great. They were texting me and asking what I needed ect. I never requested anything because I didn’t want anyone in my room
