The hostess was nice. The home was stocked with great essentials. The 2nd floor bedroom deck view is really nice.

Overall very good, called about garbage disposal and they replaced it the next day. The gas grill was very dirty when we arrived, had to burn off the grease before using, difficult to start, grill is old and is in very bad shape. compared to everything else not good needs replacing immediately.

this home is in a beautiful location, it was very clean and a wonderful set up!! the only issue was lack of basic supplies. we had seven people staying from Monday to Friday and were left only one garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper in each bath and no soap for showering. Also no salt and pepper. We ran out of toilet paper, needed more garbage bags, bought small salt and pepper, and also went to the store to buy soap for showering. carolina retreats was very resoonsive but they informed us the owner only leaves that amt of supplies. just not a good idea since most travellers dont bring garbage bags, toilet paper, salt and pepper, etc. we loved the home though, excellent location and Carolina Retreats were great to us! thank u!

The pictures and descriptions listed are exactly what you will find when you arrive. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their home, as it takes a lot of work to upkeep a beach home so well. There are a lot of steep steps, so if you have someone with mobility issues then this is not the house for you. There is also no direct access to the beach from the house, though there are options just a short walk away. Overall, this beautiful home provided a wonderful getaway.
