We stayed at this property before and loved it. This time, under VTrips property management, it was noticeably in disrepair. It smelled, the outdoor property was overgrown and there were ants. Also, the rental process was cumbersome with 3 days of constant requests for additional data. They had no trouble immediately processing our payment but the I was requested to send a photo of myself holding my drivers license, then another request for just a photo of my drivers license, then another request for a bill with my physical address on it when all of my transactions are done by Post Office box. They would not let go of the fact that I had no bill with my residential address on it. I felt like they were enjoying torturing me. What kind of treatment is that for someone that should be considered a valued customer?
