High ceilings and open spaces define this waterfront two-bedroom, two-bath home. The kitchen is well appointed with beautiful appliances including a gas range, dishwasher and even a wine cooler! Use the pot filler as you put shrimp to boil for the perfect coastal dinner. Seating for up to six the breakfast table creates the perfect gathering space. Morning coffee on the cushioned bay window seat will make for the ultimate start to your day. The laundry room is also on this end of the home. You are welcome to bring your furbabies too (2 dogs maximum).
The living room offers seating for six and a large flat screen tv. This room includes a queen sized sleeper sofa. As you head towards the waterfront side of the home, you'll enter the sunroom which offers stunning water views. You don't miss the evening views in the sunroom while enjoying dinner with your family at the dining table that seats up to 8. This room also contains a twin size bed, with a twin size trundle underneath.
The Master Suite has a king sized bed, Smart TV and private bathroom with jet-spa tub and rain-head shower. The private, Master Bath has an oversized, jetted tub and unique, hardwood vanity. This room also has direct access to the back porch.
The large, secondary bedroom is decorated in beautiful coastal tones and has a queen sized bed. It is located across the hallway from the large common area bathroom which boasts an amazing step-in spa type shower with multiple shower heads.
The outdoor spaces make this home extraordinary! A large screened-in porch connects to the expansive outside deck. The huge back yard would be a great place to use the corn-hole boards or set up the hammock. The canals offer amazing kayaking opportunities, and if you've come to fish, you'll be in heaven with the fishing pier, extra bulkhead space, fish cleaning station and underwater green light. When you are ready to cook up the catch of the day, you can choose between a gas grill, or charcoal pit -- both are available at this home.
This house offers wi-fi and cable TV service. For your safety and security the home is equipped with exterior cameras. You are only minutes away from all the shopping and dining that Rockport is known for!

First & foremost, the house was great!! It’s a great location and right on the canal and very comfortable!! Our problem is with the management company. First they gave us the wrong code to even get into the house. Then when we do get in, we toured a beautiful house but couldn’t get the back porch lights, the underwater lights or 1 light in the corner of the back room to come on. I called in and they got with maintenance and had me check the breakers which didn’t help so someone was supposed to call me the next morning. The next afternoon after nobody called, we figured it out on our own after finding the tripped GFCI but the underwater lights still don’t work. Called in again on Sunday and let them know what’s going on and someone’s supposed to call us Monday. No call back on Monday so I call back in Monday about 3pm and had to leave a message about the previous issues and now we can’t BBQ because they have 3 empty propane bottles, WTH??!! We had to go refill a bottle so we could use it once so that’s $23.80 out the window that we shouldn’t have had to spend. Wednesday rolls around and still no call back!! Thursday afternoon we finally get a call saying sorry but phones have been ringing off the hook and they couldn’t keep up. They text me saying if we still need maintenance they can send them out later that day. That’s great but we needed them Monday NOT THURSDAY!! Couldn’t figure out the cable because they have spectrum plus and another package that you have to use the remotes right to get that figured out correctly. They text 3 times saying maintenance is ready to go, 3 days too late. We actually ended up leaving a day early due to the mosquitos which isn’t their fault, the storms that rolled through earlier that week and the week prior left standing water under the house so we couldn’t go out back or front of the house without getting seriously eaten up! Sorry but it sounds like y’all are in over your head and can’t handle the work load. We love the house just not the service so we won’t be using y’all or recommending you either.
