This 1930's Tybee Cottage has been well maintained and recently updated. The home offers guests a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun.

The second-floor entrance to the home greets guests with a beautifully decorated open living area with a large sectional sofa and a 46-inch flat-screen TV. The dining area just off the living room features a dining table that seats up to 8, perfect for a family meal that is prepared on-site in the fully equipped kitchen - located just behind the dining area.

There are 3 guestrooms and 2 shared baths. The 1st guest room has a King size bed with TV, The 2nd guest room has a Queen Bed, and the Third bedroom has a King bed, and additional bedding options adjacent to this bedroom include 2 twin beds, making this space a perfect option for families with children. There are 2 guest bathrooms, one has a tub and shower combination, and the second bathroom has a claw-foot tub only.

This apartment is the entire 2nd-floor of a large cottage home. The entrance to the unit is upstairs. The balcony is perfect to relax in the sunshine. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is available.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Everything was very clean and organized. The location was also close to lots of places to walk an and shop. The Beach wasn’t far at all. The places itself was beautiful and spacious.
