Welcome to your perfect getaway at Brass Rail 105 on the south end of Tybee Island! Imagine waking up just 30 yards away from the beach, with easy access to the best restaurants, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. This first-floor 3-bed, 2.5-bath condo is the ultimate retreat for your dream vacation with family and friends! More information coming soon!

Prepare to be welcomed by the bright open living area, which features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining area, which seats 4, is a great space for gathering around for a meal prepared in the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances as well as countertop seating for 2. There is direct access to the private balcony through the living area, where there is comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table with seating for 4.

Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen.

Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.

The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

While we enjoyed the Condo and our experience with the rental company, Tybee was not our favorite beach location. We were surprised to see the high number of public beach goers (non-renters/owners) at beach locations. I should have researched further as I did not realize Tybee had such few restaurants and such limited parking with the overcrowding. It was nice to hop into Savannah, which we ended up spending three days in. However, we had expected to have a beach rather than city vacation.
