The place is great and you can’t beat the location, but parking is an issue. Also, the sliding screen doors are a bit off track, and there is one sliding door leading from the LR to the porch that basically won’t open on one side cause there’s something sticking.

This place was fantastic and looks just like the photos! The porch, master bedroom and ocean views really stood out. For other guests planning to book El Mar Villa you may only need a few things of your own such as 13 gallon trash bags, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, coffee and toilet paper. Also, the lock box was a bit tricky to open you need to slide the left black bar down and then push in to pop open the lock box. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again next year.

Very nice condo on a beautiful stretch of beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It had been updated in the last year or so and was quite nice. We particularly liked the sunroom patio especially the fact that it didn’t have a railing so the views of the ocean and beach were not obstructed. The sunroom patio could function as an extra room with sliding glass doors (and screens) and its own heat pump. We enjoyed the large comfy sofa on the patio, and also used the table on the patio from most of our meals. The rest of the condo was nice as well, but the sunroom patio was particularly exceptional.
