Coco Cabana is an exquisite home on Copano Bay. Whether you're fishing in the evening, swimming in the pool, or just soaking up the sun, this is a great place to relax.

This home is perfect for large families, sleeping up to twelve guests. Pull up to Coco Cabana and be greeted by a freshly manicured lawn. Step inside and let the vacation begin! The open floor plan allows space for everyone to be together while still doing their own activities. Sink into the living room and relax while watching your favorite show on the smart TV, or head outside to the well-furnished patio and take in the fresh coastal air. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen set with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all major and minor appliances. Dine at the lovely, adorned dining table where you enjoy a delicious meal as a family. Throw the fresh catch of the day on the large gas grill, set with counter space.

Retreat to the primary bedroom for sweet dreams in the comfortable king size bed set with a smart TV, patio access and an ensuite bathroom. There you will find granite countertops and a large walk-in shower. On the second floor you will find the second bedroom with a king size bed as well, and down the hall is the third bathroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom equipped with a shower/tub. Lastly, the fourth bedroom located on the second floor above the garage has a queen bed, full size bed, twin trundle, and an ensuite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. These four rooms are all equipped with Smart TVs for late-night shows. For additional sleeping arrangements, a twin roll bed away can be found on the home's main level.

The upstairs is a little warm, you may need a fan. My daughter in law had to buy a fan to sleep comfortably. Overall large roomy house, great kitchen area. The pool is a good size and pier is awesome if you like to be way out there and fish. We really were not ready to come back to reality. :)

We made great memories. We were a bit surprised to find the house did not have the basic starter supplies as listed but a quick phone call got them delivered. We also encountered a water leak from an AC splitter in the unit above the garage. There had been a towel left to catch the water on the ground and unfortunately we had to replace the towel each night we were there. The floor and wall below the unit were constantly being soaked. The rest of the house, pool and fishing pier were great. It nicely accommodated 12 of us.

The home is beautiful, clean, and stocked! Lots of room to spread out. Teens in our group loved it as much as the young kids and adults- something for everyone! Lots of fun fishing off the pier for the guys and crab, fish, and jellyfish spying for the kids. Pool was great and all the beds super comfortable. Great vacation in a great home!!
