Beach and Racquet A330 is an updated top floor condo at the Beach and Racquet Club located just a few steps from Tybee's North beach. The Savannah River beckons you to relax and unwind in this beautifully decorated beach condo. This condo has been renovated and includes a unique, high-end modern kitchen with all custom cabinets, full-size stainless appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and even has a built-in wine cooler in the design. The large breakfast bar offers seating for 4. This kitchen can become your sanctuary - a meeting place to plan the day's events, or to unwind after a day at the beach!
The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 50-inch Smart TV. The furnished private balcony has a partial side view of the bay, where you will enjoy watching the large container ships pass by. The living room is bright and open and has a local flair in the decor.
The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. There are 2 child-size bunks in the hall. (Not intended for adult size use). The bathroom has a tub and shower combination, and updated modern vanity. This condo sleeps up to 4 and includes in-unit WIFI (Wireless Internet). This is on the top (third) floor, and this building does have an elevator (elevator, not ADA compliant).
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet Club office, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Deposits
- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
