Our family had a great time.. the kitchen was stocked nicely for a large group. While the “provided” golf cart was old, it did get some of us around town and we didn’t get the code to unlock it until the next day. My only complaint was that there were only two washcloths and one hand towel available in the downstairs bath… inconvenient at best but overall it was a great stay.

I love everything about this house. The view of the beach from the porch is amazing. Everything was perfect! I can't wait to go back next year.

We would go back to this house anytime - great beds, great layout, great a/c, fluffy towels, gorgeous views of the gulf and beach. But there were some things that were concerning. First of all, the yard all the way around the house was full of junk/metal things and garbage. We don't expect perfection but this was excessive and hazardous. The outdoor shower was just dangerous with some junk/garbage on the floor. We didn't use it. The handrail on the outdoor stairs to the main floor are loose. Nails are protruding out of the deck floor in several places. Both sets of french doors in the house need maintenance to stay closed, and one full light in the upstairs set of doors is shattered. They had a curtain pulled over it so you can't see it and we didn't see it until we went out on that deck in the evening. One sink in the master bath drains so slowly it could be considered stopped up. Shower head is so clogged that there was very little pressure. There was a vase of dead flowers in the kitchen and the ice maker in the fridge was frozen up and not working. Golf cart was very welcome. There were other maintenance items that need checked. The landlord for this great house needs to spend sometime checking it over and get the maintenance done. Oh yes and rain blew in around all the french doors during the bad storm that came through one night. The drywall patch in the ceiling in the master bedroom showed evidence of water getting to it after the storm, too. It had dried out by Friday.
