It's fine for a couple to stay in, but really crowded with 2 kids. Patio furniture is too large for the small balcony. We had a nice time, but will probably fine a larger unit to stay in next trip.

The property was located on the third floor accessed only by stairs. The stairs were definitely not to code with varying tread sizes and short rises, which made them difficult/dangerous to navigate. The fold out couch bed was worn out and extremely uncomfortable, we had to put a air mattresson top of it in order to sleep there. Doors were swollen due to moisture

It was clean and they did say no elevator, just a lot of steps carrying stuff in n then loading back up! Bathroom is tiny! It was clean tho.. Balcony was awesome, looking right out at the ocean was the best part!!
