Beach and Racquet B311 is a third (top) floor beachfront condo at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club on the quiet North end of Tybee Island. Enjoy unobstructed views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats and dolphins from your private furnished balcony. This is a great location just a short stroll down to the community pool and beach access! Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Recently renovated, this gorgeous condo features updated decor throughout. Beach Racquet B311 now has a full kitchen with a beautiful tile backsplash that mimics the hue of the ocean, brand-new appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up your favorite culinary treats! Designed for convenience, you'll love the flat cooktop, full-size oven and refrigerator. There's even a dishwasher so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation!

There is a plush King-size bed and TV in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also a 42in flat-screen TV in the living area. This condo will sleep up to 4 comfortably. The full bathroom has been completely redone & offers upgraded lighting, a sleek, new vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. This condo offers in-unit high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant).

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet office, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The condo is very nice. Nice new finishes, space is well used. That said, it is small. It would be perfect for a couple. We had our 2 young kids and it was pretty tight. Location is great, beach is great, balcony was awesome. Bed could use an update, was a little lumpy and very noisy getting in and out of. Overall a good stay though.

Great location, easy access to the beach, nice family atmosphere pool close by. Gated. The only complaint I have is that it was posted as a non smoking facility and we had people smoking on their decks beside and below us and the smoke come into our deck. I know you don’t have control over that, but wanted you to know it happened. Otherwise it was great! We hope to come back next year. Thank you
