The location is great but in need of some updating

Wonderful condo in the heart of Seacrest beach! Spacious bedrooms, great balcony and good kitchen size. Primary bedroom had very comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. Balcony was a great way to end each day / chill before & after dinner. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, plenty of dishes & glasses. Excellent fridge as well. One small note for future guests to be cognizant of but *not* a deal breaker: walls are somewhat thin - heard upstairs neighbors walk up & down during our stay. Nothing unusual for a condo but a heads up to come prepared ;) (we travel with our white noise machine and had no issues once it was turned on)

While the location above the square was nice, the access to the beach was difficult to find. This area is hard because getting to the beach is through gated communities, and there were not a lot of details to getting there. Additionally, there were hardly any supplies. We could not find extra toilet paper. There was a tiny bit of dish soap and no cleaner for the counters. We came to find out Florida has a no share law meaning there is nothing in the kitchen besides dishes, pots and pans. Before you come, get salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray, coffee filters etc, if you plan on cooking. There are also no beach towels, chairs or other supplies. Just so you know to grab them on the way in. The little market is convenient and very expensive. All in all, it was a fine place to stay, I just wish we had a bit more information on what to bring and expect before we got there :)

The space was clean and easy to find. Walkable to the beach.

Beautiful area. Nice central location. Homey and roomy.
