Description
The open plan condo features a beautifully decorated comfortable living area that is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The bright, open floor plan looks out to the balcony and includes the living, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand new appliances and includes a Keurig coffee maker. There is a cafe table that seats 2 along with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Guests will also enjoy having an in-unit all-in-one washer and dryer which is located in the full bathroom. Relax in the newly appointed bedroom that is furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, bike racks, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Washer/Dryer out of order. Ceiling fan in bedroom makes strange noises/knocks. Low water pressure in shower, and water never got very warm.

The condo was very neat and decorated very nice. It was small for our taste but beautiful. There was only a frying pan for cooking utensils and limited seating space. The view was amazing. We saw the ships come in and out and were able to watch dolphins most mornings. The condo itself was pleasant, some of the other guests were not always respectful of others.

We were able to watch the dolphins from the balcony and see the beautiful sunset. Easy beach access and close to restaurants. Some of the other guests were not considerate during the night and early morning, but we enjoyed our stay

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
