Guess we should have asked but with past experiences never had such a lack of things available to use. Clean - location was good - no beach things - it is definitely “BYO”…..😉 07/10/2024
JH Jennifer H.	Verified Guest Comment The location was the next best thing to beachfront. There were 2 public beach accesses very close to the unit. You could even walk along the beach to Henderson Beach State park. The beach is very jam packed until about 3 or 4. We had to climb over people's towels and chairs to get to the water. The pool was nice, not huge, but not tiny like other places I've seen. Parking was good, we always had a spot. It's within walking distance to several stores. They gave us a supply of toilet paper, trash bag, dish soap to last a day or so. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. 06/07/2024 It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future. JH Jo H.	Verified Guest Comment We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was perfect! We enjoyed a partial beach view out the back while drinking our morning coffee! We walked across the street for beach access and even attended beach worship at the Crab Trap. Dolphins too! While we were in walking distance to cafes and stores as well, the areas was very quite and neighborly. The hiccups - beach access is getting harder since all the properties directly in the beach are claiming their beach front for guests. We didn’t let that stop us though. The beach path directly across from us worked out nicely. Also, the property management was persistent in letting you k ow the policies they wanted enforced but wasn’t very helpful when asking for early checkin or late arrival or late checkout. They did however offer us to stay an extra night for a price once they realized we wanted to stay longer. Other than that they were hands off which we appreciated. The place- beautifully decorated and comfy feel! The bed was comfy, the place was clean, the lounging area outside was perfect! We will be back for sure! We looked at pool but didn’t use it as the beach was right there!! They only thing I’d recommend is updating the shower. Thank you for an amazing quite sunny beach vacation! 04/15/2024
