Thoughtful design elements and furnishings have been created throughout this urban dwelling. A spacious; open floor plan in the main living level provides plenty of room for everyone to relax! Guests will enjoy the large flat-screen television after a long day at the beach. A chef's kitchen is featured with a stainless gas range; oven; and convection microwave. Also featured are a separate coffee bar; wet bar; and wine refrigerator. The luxurious master bedroom offers a plush king size bed; flat screen tv and private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower; a soaking tub; and a dual-sink vanity. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed with an extra long twin trundle bed; a flat screen TV; and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Doctor's Orders house (unit #5) was wonderful! It has a nicely decorated and spacious LR, well stocked eat-in kitchen and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor are two lovely bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there was enough space in the Master BD for my granddaughter's portable crib. Although there is construction nearby, we could not hear it when inside the home. The unit has 2 parking spaces. It is a short walk to the pool complex. Besides the pool, you can also walk to the beach which has "sugar" sand. The manager was very friendly.

This place was just what the Doctor Ordered. Silversands and the Sunflower girls were great! The new Sunflower golf carts are a bonus!
