A fresh open concept is featured in this cute and modern condo that is perfect for a couple or small family. The living area features a flat screen TV and ample seating to lounge and relax. Watch the sun go down over the Gulf or watch your favorite movie from the comfortable couch.
A table with two chairs sits cornered to create a space for dining. To add more seating the kitchen features a peninsula with two stools where you can visit the chef or pitch in and prepare meals - or just take your coffee out to the balcony and watch as the cruise ships pull into and out of the Port of Galveston.

THE GALVESTONIAN RESORT
The Galvestonian is located on East Beach, some say the prettiest beaches in Galveston, is family-friendly and offers a year-round heated pool, pool towels, a fitness center, beach volleyball, 2 tennis courts, vending machines and coin-operated laundry. Guests may rent umbrellas and chairs from the front desk, and beach wagons are free but are on a first-come, first-served basis. The Galvestonian is close to all of the activities that Galveston has to offer, including the Downtown Strand District, close to the Port of Galveston, restaurants, shopping, bicycling and so much more that the island has to offer!

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
There is a vending area in the common area and a washer/dryer that is coin operated available in the common area.
The Galvestonian has zero-tolerance for smoking - smoking is not permitted inside the vacation renta, nor outside the property. This including private balconies, decks and patios. If there is evidence of smoking at the Galvestonian, guests will be charged.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Out of the way of crowded sections of beach. All units face ocean (great)! Wonderful facility. Nice pool, picnic tables. Bring your own beach towels.

It is a well decorated condo with all you need, except beach towels. If you want beach towels you have to pay $15 per towel at the front desk. The memory foam mattress was different for us, but overall we loved the condo.

The complex and condo were both really nice. The location is great. The description of what is listed is accurate. I think the condo being managed by a company and so much of the description being for many properties doesn't allow for an accurate description of this particular property. Meaning I wish I had known I needed to pack a hair dryer and coffee grounds. I also didn't realize there wasn't a washer & dryer in the condo. Just things I wish I had known before packing. The condo was really nice and the location great!

This condo is very well decorated and designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was comfortable for our family of four. The view is spectacular and the amenities are top notch. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Well manicured grounds. The location is unbeatable as it is right on the beach. We plan to come back and make this our regular stay.
