We thought the house could have some fixes that would be better suitable for families staying on vacation. No area to cook other than the grill outside. Could use a Blackstone or a griddle inside. The outlets on the screened porch would not work. We wanted to use a fan we brought with us. We purchased a griddle and couldn’t use it outside on the screened porch. The flood light shining on the fence would come on every 20 seconds at ANY movement making the room light up in the middle of the night facing the laundry / outside bathroom area. Either have an option for on/off for the light that we could use or better shades for the bedroom other than the paper ones. And lastly, I was rather disappointed with the kitchen area, maybe I really misunderstood the description of the house but I thought we’d have more refrigerator and place to make food than what was there. It was very difficult for our family as we were not planning on eating out for every meal.

Had fun in the pool wish it was a little bit cleaner but it was nice to enjoy time with family

We stayed at the property for 3 nights with 3 kids. Overall the pool and property was perfect. The bathroom /floors were not really clean, but the rest of the house was. The only issue we had was going back and forth with guest services about the WiFi for 2 days. Check in and check out was super simple, and the location of the property was great; super close to restaurants and the beach. Just an FYI there is only a small beverage fridge and microwave, no stove or large fridge. We would definitely stay again.

The Cottage was beautiful and big enough for a family of 6. They had everything we needed and more. The pool was a big plus, the kids had so much fun in it. Location was perfect .. 3mins away from the beach. The fact that we were able to wash wet clothes immediately was good. We plan to stay here next year.

Great place in a great location. Got no response when submitting requests through VRBO, but the actual mangement company was very responsive and helpful.
