To be prepared that if anything were to go wrong or happen there is no one you can get in touch with while you are there to fix the issue. When there is an issue going on the security people or the desk at sea winds that answers calls should have the HOA owners number and contact information or there should be someone on the grounds to ensure that any need can be taken care of at any moment. One elevator working with that many people was dangerous. Not only that, me having a seizure on the stairwell could have caused me to get hurt very badly too. The place was nice, but I would not stay there again due to the LACK of communication, helplessness, and the run around we got when we did have a need. For the price you pay to stay there, you would think there would be people on the property to maintain issues that occur. Our dryer in our room was messed up and I called and reported it. They said unfortunately it was a Sunday and the HOA doesn’t take calls in weekends. It would be Monday before they could report it to them. So I would not recommended staying here unless maintenance issues and getting the run around about requests don’t bother you.

Elevators were a problem. Also, parking shots were small. Shut off water at one point would’ve been nice if they let us know ahead of time.
