The views will astound you! Beach House 442 is in the Heart of Tybee Island! Beach House 442 is a top floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean! Wake up to beautiful Sunrises overlooking the Beach, and relax in the evening to the sound of the waves below from your private balconies. The condo is located in the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck.

The living room at Beach House 442 is comfortably furnished, offers spectacular views, access to the covered balcony, a Flat Screen TV with DVD player, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 4 and the fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 2. There is a full-size stackable washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use. This condo has everything you need to relax on your beach vacation.

This is a great spot for 2 couples or traveling families. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and offers its own private balcony with ocean views. The adjoining primary bathroom has a shower/ tub combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a hall bath with a walk-in shower.

There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby. This condo is pet-friendly with an additional fee. (Please remember, Tybee Island does not allow dogs on the beach.) You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring the playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles.

NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Beach house 442 is clean, fresh and very comfortable. The appliances showed no wear, therefore using them was a pleasure. The kitchen is adequately stocked; lots of glasses, silverware, plates, etc. We were completely satisfied and would rent this property again without hesitation.
