This oceanfront townhome is part of a duplex but offers guests complete privacy. Your private entrance includes garage parking for up to 2 cars and outside parking for an additional 2 cars. An elevator is accessible from the garage which makes it a breeze to get you, your family, and all your gear up into the home. The main living spaces are located on the top floor of the home, so everyone can enjoy the amazing ocean vistas. The comfortable living area has an incredible ocean view - as well as an impressive view of the 75" UHD TV.
The large gourmet kitchen and an open concept living and dining area open onto the covered balcony. No matter where you are, you will have gorgeous views. There is dining seating for 8 at the table and an additional counter seating for 4. Sit out and enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the deck which offers outdoor cushioned seating for 5, and a 4-seat high-top dining table. Also located on this floor is a half bath and the main floor primary suite which is a perfect retreat. There is a King bed, with a full private bath, which has beautiful stone and tile throughout, and a separate bath and walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for an additional bedding option.
The middle floor of the home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 bedrooms have attached baths, other 2 bedrooms share access to a full hall bath). There is a spacious oceanfront King primary bedroom suite which offers an attached bath with a whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower along with an attached private oceanfront porch with comfortable seating and a 4-seat dining table to enjoy the spectacular ocean breezes.

This is true relaxation at its finest. The colorful design of the interior helps to remind you that you are now on “Island Time.” Bright wall colors were tastefully chosen to give this lovely home a spirited and uplifting feeling throughout. The home was professionally decorated and has been lovingly maintained by the owner. Enjoy hours of family fun in the downstairs entertaining area, complete with a gas grill and a ping-pong table for your enjoyment.
This home is strictly no pets. Wireless High-Speed Internet is available for guest use. Gone Coastal is one side of a large duplex townhome. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed to park on the property.

The only problem with this wonderful condo is the parking situation. Appears it is an island issue but there was No way we could put 4 cars there. Partly because the garage and angle to get in didn’t work for our cars ( suv) and partly because you need to do 6 pt turn minimum to turn around and get out! Please be clearer on the parking! Otherwise fantastic house, location, and relaxation get away!!!!

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
