The local Ryson office was responsive and very friendly to deal with. I recommend to just call or text them instead of using the Airbnb app if it's an urgent issue.

Called them about the contract b/c there was an issue in reserving. Amazing service, very friendly and personable and the issue was worked out very quickly. Bunks are more in a mud room with no door, rather than a full bedroom, but still very private. We couldn’t find a spigot outside the condo to rinse sandy things off, but that might just be us not researching/reading. Bathroom set up is a little weird - the full and half baths are connected via a door. But otherwise the listing is very accurate and the view looks right out to the beach! It was a great getaway for my family. Very close to the beach and everything else. Covered and uncovered parking options. The condo space is used very efficiently. Close, but not too close (no foot traffic) to an elevator which my MIL with walking issues appreciated.

The only thing I would recommend is possibly putting taller chairs on the balcony. I know it sounds a little silly, but when you sit in the chairs out there, you are so low that the top rail of the handrail fully obstructs the ocean. Other than that small detail, we had a blast!!!
