Welcome to 5535 Avenida Pescadora, a private canal-front four-bedroom, two-bath home nestled in a private mid-island neighborhood and boasting a fenced in backyard paradise with heated swimming pool and deck area with dock and boat lift, back yard tiki hut, as well as very close proximity to the beach. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and yet away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Beach access is just a hop across Estero Boulevard. This portion of the beach offers a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. One of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. Amenities include ceiling fans throughout, heated pool, gas BBQ grill, complimentary WiFi, a gulf-access canal and private laundry. Upon arrival there is plenty of off-street parking on the pavered driveway. Entry is into an open plan living room, dining area, family room and kitchen. There is tile flooring throughout. The eat-in kitchen has a table for two and is a chef's delight. There are two pass-throughs into the family/dining areas, with two high-boy bar seats on the dining side. All the necessary items are available to whip up full course meals, or just coffee and toast in the morning. There is plenty of solid surface counterspace. Appliances include a range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. The formal living area near the entrance is nicely furnished with a sofa with end tables and lamps, a matching loveseat and coffee table. This flows towards and past the kitchen to the dining area and family room, with the dining area being furnished with a buffet and table seating four. Sliding glass doors go out the well-furnished covered lanai and pool area overlooking the dock and canal. Adjacent to the dining area is the family room, furnished with an L-shaped sofa and coffee table on an area rug, opposite which is an entertainment credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from here also spill out to the lanai and pool area. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands with lamps and a double dresser with flat screen TV. The bedroom has a sitting area with upholstered lounger and a triple dresser with mirror. Sliding glass doors provide private access out to the lanai and pool area. Through French doors the en suite bathroom has a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, full wall mirrors, commode and a jetted garden bath/shower that looks out over a private outdoor garden. The first and second guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. Both have queen-size beds and flat screen TVs. One of them has sliding glass doors out to the lanai and pool area. A hallway guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower, commode and single-piece lavatory with storage space beneath. The third guest bedroom off the living area is accessed through French doors and has a full size bed, night stand, double dresser with mirror and a sofa on an area rug. A door from this bedroom accesses an outer garden with sitting area.
