There was damage on the ground floor from the hurricane over a month ago. Pictures showed there was a fenced yard and outdoor furniture but none were there when we arrived. They did not alert us of the damage to expect it. It was part of what we paid for and why we picked it. We also paid a higher holiday rate for it, but did not get the facilities we expected. One of the couches and throw pillows smelled of urine, gross! We also found many very soft spots in the flooring throughout. Doesn’t seem very safe and seems like it’s time for them to look into those. The place as a whole was great though, I just feel like I over paid holiday rates when we didn’t get the yard, gate, and outdoor area that we expected from the pictures. We understand storms and storm surges happen but a heads up would’ve been considerate so that we could make a decision to stay or choose another place. We needed the yard for the dog we had to bring with us. Some kind of reimbursement would’ve been great.

This is a beautifully located property and my family really enjoyed our stay. When you arrive you are given starter supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc) to use in the home which was greatly appreciated. There is still very visible damage downstairs from the hurricane which is understandable but the damage affected key down stairs features like the dog yard area, outdoor shower and no lights downstairs. I feel like a courtesy email would of been nice to communicate this prior to us arriving but I received nothing. Also, we had a few inside issues like several outlets not working, flickering lights and loosing power at 3am one night with the power company outside the property working on the pole. Also, just fyi someone controls the thermostat from outside the home because we weren't able to adjust it at all which was very frustrating because the temp did rise to 77 inside the house on a hot day. I was able to communicate the issues with the management company but the response took time. Overall, our family would stay here again but they definitely need to get all these things addressed.

Gorgeous home, exactly as pictured! One of the main reasons we picked Shark Tooth's was the fenced in yard. Unfortunately, the Beryl hurricane decided it wanted most of the fence. So, if your bringing your fur babies in the near future you might want to bring a tie out or have an alternate plan for them. Beryl also took out the downstairs outside water shower, the lighting down there & all furniture except for the picnic table. It left around 4" to 5" of sand but someone had left a shovel so we shoveled a path through the sand from the driveway to the stairs. The city of Surfside Beach has done an amazing job cleaning up after the storm. Be sure to stop in at Dorando's (Tyler's Ultimate Bloody Marys' are delicious), La Sirenita's (bucket of Seafood a must), El Toro in Clute & the Jetty Shack. Looking forward to coming back here!

This home is directly on the beach with walking access. The home is beautiful even despite the recent storm and what mess it left. I would just like to have better access to the staff. I couldn’t figure out how to make contact with anyone regarding our trash but other than that, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, and conveniently located on the beach. The home was close to the restaurants, coffee shop, and gas stations in Surfside. My favorite part of the home was the large closed off area for my dogs. We will def book again in the future!
