Prepare to be "wow"-ed when you step inside the spacious main level. Natural light fills the great room highlighting the hardwood floors. You can unwind on the sectional sofa to watch TV or toast with a glass of wine in front the gas fireplace.

Even the most discerning guest will be pleased with the gourmet kitchen. Outfitted with everything you need, it has 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 separate sinks, 2 beverage chiller drawers, and a 6-burner gas stove with a griddle.

The adjacent dining area is bright and airy. Everyone can share meals together at the table, and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar as well.

Decked out for fun times with family, the game room is also on the main level. Options include pool, shuffleboard, and darts. Plus, there is a table for board games. You can watch your favorite team on TV while you mix up everyone's favorite beverages at the wet bar.

There are two spacious suites with private baths on the main level. One is furnished with a king bed and the other has a queen bed.

Upstairs, the loft is a cozy spot complete with a gas fireplace. It has a TV along with a daybed with a trundle giving you another option for sleeping arrangements. There is a bedroom with queen bed and TV on this floor and a full bath.

Yet another gathering space can be found on the lower level. The family room is warm and inviting with a gas fireplace, TV, and comfortable leather furnishings. You will love the convenience of the wet bar that has a beverage fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Beautifully decorated, each of the lower level suites has a king bed and a TV.

Truly a highlight, the exceptional outdoor living space is right out of a magazine. It includes a deck that overlooks a massive stone patio. You will appreciate features like a stone fireplace, massive outdoor fire-pit, hot tub, outdoor bar, ping pong, horseshoe pit, axe throwing, hammocks, and a pond with a waterfall. Just steps away from your door is the pathway to the dock with your designated boat slip.

Your crew will love the convenient location! Within one mile, you will find restaurants, nightlife, a market, and the movie theater. You are also close to boat rentals, mini golf, shops, and Deep Creek Lake State Park.

Wisp Resort is only ten minutes away, and they are well-known for their year-round adventures. Golf, skiing, snow tubing, ziplines, and the mountain coaster offer something for everyone.

It is a great property and we had a really nice time. I just think a bit of clean-up and checks to make sure the air conditioning was working well would have helped.

The house was spacious and wonderful. The outdoor patio was where we spent most of our time there. Plenty of bed areas and the house worked out exactly as we needed.

Wonderful property!! Everything you need is here. Perfect for a large group. Love the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!!! Very well appointed kitchen and can't beat the gameroom!! Back patio and bar w/fireplace is perfect for gathering with all the toys and hot tub.
